Solicitors and registered European lawyers (RELs) in legal practice or employment in England and Wales must comply with the requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority‘s (SRA) Continuing Professional Development scheme (CPD scheme). The SRA’s Training Regulations 2009 require all full time lawyers to complete 16 hours of CPD per year. The CPD year runs from 1 November to 31 October. At least 25 per cent of the CPD requirement must be met by attending courses, of one hour or more, delivered by SRA authorised providers, such as Legal Finance Professionals Limited.

As an SRA approved provider, all of our legal finance training courses qualify for CPD hours and count towards the 16 CPD hours annual requirement.
