COLP and COFA Support Service

Legal Finance Professionals Limited offer a dedicated support service for those appointed as a firm's Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA) or Compliance Officer for Legal Practice under the SRA Authorisation Rules 2011.
Subscribers will benefit from the following services -
- Five hours complimentary confidential telephone/e-mail expert support covering compliance issues relating to the SRA Accounts Rules 2011 or SRA Code of Conduct, the COLP/COFA's reporting obligations and general legal accounting issues such as VAT related problems
- Further support is charged at just 50% of our standard hourly rate (currently £175 per hour + VAT)
- A free place on one of our 3 hour accredited CPD training courses for the firm's COFA or nominated deputy.
- 25% discount against the cost of our accredited in-house CPD training courses
- 25% discount against the cost of an SRA Accounts Rules Healthcheck or a full SRA Handbook Compliance Healthcheck
- 25% discount for any employees attending any of our accredited scheduled public CPD training courses
- Regular newsletter & e-alerts for COFA's
The annual subscription, which is dependent upon the size of the firm, is as follows -
Sole Practitioners - £500 + VAT
2 - 4 Partner Firms - £650 + VAT
5 - 9 Partner Firms - £900 + VAT
10+ Partners & ABS - £1,250 + VAT
Of course, this service is also available to the Head of Finance and Administration (HOFA) and Head of Legal Practice (HOFA) in an Alternative Business Structure (ABS).
