Law Society Issue VAT Rate Change Practice Note

The Law Society has issued a new practice note giving solicitors guidance on the implicaitons of the recent change in the rate of VAT.
Issued on 11 December 2008, the practice note will help solicitors in practice and their finance staff to understand the complexities caused by the change in the rate of VAT from 17.5 percent to 15 percent.
