This course examines the main provisions of the Code of Conduct 2007 by considering Rules 1 to 5 of the code covering the Core Duties, Client Relations, Conflict of Interests, Confidentiality & Disclosure and Business Management. Special emphasis is given to client care by looking at the provisions of the Law Society's client care and complaints management practice notes.
Consideration is also given to the regulatory framework by looking at the work of the SRA which will be particularly useful if you are expecting any form of visit from the SRA.
This course is designed to meet the needs of all fee earning staff, principals in practice, compliance/risk officers and practice managers.
